Wastewater Treatment Plants at the Hippodrome de Saint-Jacques

COTRAM Assainissement has completed the St Jacques Treatment Wetlands (2 French systems) for equine and domestic wastewater. They are located in Guadeloupe at the Hippodrome de Saint-Jacques (Anse-Bertrand).

Designed and sized by our partner ECOBIRD, the sanitation systems chosen for this project are as follows:

  • Domestic Effluents 120 PE – PR + Planted Vegetation Filter, compact Biho-Filter® system of 120 m2 with recirculation + infiltration bed
  • Equine Effluents – Automatic Grille + PR + Planted Vegetation Filter, Biho-Filter® system of 100 m2 with recirculation
