Treatment Wetlands

Innovative, wastewater treatment through treatment wetlands optimizes the natural wastewater purification cycle.

Economical, maintenance is reduced compared to “traditional wastewater treatment plants,” and the installation is energy-efficient.

Ecological, it seamlessly integrates into the landscape, without visual, auditory, or olfactory nuisance for nearby residents, without sludge storage and treatment issues.

Wastewater treatment through treatment wetlands involves gravity-flowing raw domestic wastewater through successive basins where a mix of minerals planted with vegetation facilitates wastewater treatment.

This system operates without primary settling and a natural slope allows it to function without energy input; otherwise, a simple pump suffices.

With this approach closely resembling natural processes, human intervention is minimal, involving only screening, weekly valve operation and vegetation maintenance.

Coco Filter

This technology is ideal for:

  • Seasonal establishments
  • Small residential clusters and institutional facilities
  • Locations where the final footprint must be minimized
  • Small municipalities

Highly Compact
The characteristics of the filter allow for a high hydraulic load, providing a more compact solution for sites with limited available space.

Low Energy
Without blowers or forced aeration, this system has very low energy consumption—a significant cost-effective source.

Simple and Cost-Effective
Prefabricated, ready-to-use and easy to install, it’s a modular solution that fits well with projects ranging from 4 to 70 m3/day. It represents a highly competitive investment based on the treated flow.

MBBR

This technology is ideal for:

  • Restaurants, guesthouses and hotels
  • Fast food chains
  • Locations where space is limited
  • Aerated ponds requiring compliance

Modular Design

Integrates seamlessly into projects developed in multiple phases. Facilitates the increase of treatment capacity.

Assured Performance

Offers great nitrification stability in aerated ponds, even in winter conditions. Also helps reduce BOD5.

Efficient and Robust

Resistant to hydraulic fluctuations and variations in organic loads. Allows to achieve the strictest standards when combined with a Premier Tech Aqua biofilter.

Adaptable Solution

Available as a prefabricated solution integrated into rotomolded polyethylene or steel tanks. Also offered in concrete basins cast in place.

RBC (Rotating biological contactor)

RBC are semi-immersed fixed-film aerobic biological treatment systems designed for domestic wastewater. The system achieves excellent water treatment quality before discharge.
It is silent, energy-efficient, and only requires a one-time annual disposal.

Sand Filter

The sand filter is a solution that provides excellent wastewater treatment. However, it requires a relatively large surface area. While it can be economically advantageous, it must be made of quality sand, have well-sealed walls and ensure good distribution of the effluents.

It is important to note that the sand filter needs to be completely replaced approximately every 15 years.

Efficient and Robust

Resistant to hydraulic fluctuations and variations in organic loads. Allows to achieve the strictest standards.
